That's the reason why our ovens don't fear the comparition, indeed they seek it.
Details and innovations make them unique and innovative, this is why they are among the most imitated ones; completely dismountable to allow a complete inspection and if necessary to replace any of its components, even with built-in models, a characteristic that must not be understated.
The stainless steel baking chamber is self-cleaning and is square instead of vaulted, with more space to cook perfectly on all 3 levels at the same time (exept “Minutino” in which the cooking chamber is lower).
THE SECRET OF A PERFECT BAKING
A RossoFuoco®'s' oven bakes everything well, even using all the levels at the same time.
the flame never directly reach the walls of the cooking chamber that otherwise would be too hot in some parts and less hot in other; in our ovens, to be heated, is the radiant panel placed between the combustion and the cooking chambers (1); in this interspace the heated air starts its natural convective movement passing through the slits of the lower wall of the combustion chamber (2) from where it spreads evenly, reaching each baking level; that's the reason why we can ensure that with our ovens it is possible to bake, with good results, even without switching on the ventilation system.




EASY TO CLEAN
For a perfect and thorough cleaning of the cooking chamber and to more easily reach all the corners you can remove the side supports of the grids of the grids, simply dropping them from the fixing points.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Change the light bulb? replace the fan? Check the electrical system?
For some it is a big problem, especially in built-in ovens, but in our ovens the maintenance works, as the bulb or the fan replacement, can be easily made from the inside of the cooking chamber or from the control panel.
